Job Qualifications – Sales Executive/Sales Supervisor

–  Good personality
–  Male/Female with Thai
–  Nationality, age 25 – 30 years old.
–  Good looking with minimum height of 165 CM.
–  Bachelor Degree in any business related fields.
–  Experience International Freight Forwarding business will be an advantage but not necessary.
–  Excellent in English communication. (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
–  Own Driving license.
–  Proactive & Multi tasking.
–  Good interpersonal and communication skills.
–  Capable of using MS Office program.
    Managing client’s relationship (both external and internal client Target oriented

Qualifications:

–  Good personality Female with Thai Nationality, age 25 – 30 years old. 
–  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related fields. Secretarial or Business Administration would be an advantage; but not necessary. 
–  Earning minimum TOEIC score of 600 or TOEFL score of 60 or IELTS score of 6.5
–  Experience in Secretariat position will be an advantage; but not necessary.
–  Excellent in English communication. (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
–  Good in computer skills.
–  Posses Driver license.
–  Proactive & Multi tasking.
–  Good interpersonal and communication skills.
–  Capable of using MS Office program.
–  Managing client’s relationship (both external and internal client)
–  Handling any other secretarial tasks upon the request of the Managing Director
–  Being able to join the overseas trip for customer visit or conferences (occasionally)

Job description:

–  Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director, greeting visitors and screening the incoming phone calls.
–  Establish and maintain confidential files and data concerned with personnel and/or policy matters and are responsible for releasing      information to authorized parties. 
–  Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence; gathering data and compiling various reports for the Managing Director. 
–  Screening incoming correspondence and reports, handling some personal matters and forwarding appropriate materials to Director. 
–  Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement. 
–  Coordinating and facilitating with all departments. 
–  Performing related tasks as assigned.

–  To verify the new customer accounting information and credit line including the credit term, monthly settlement period.
–  To confirm the actual payment with the customer and ensure the payment details (amount, withholdting tax) are correct
    prior to the messenger job assignment.
–  To prepare the tax invoice/receipt according to the invoices.
–  To prepare the invoice settlement related documents such as Receipt Voucher, Cheque Copy and Bank Pay-in slip, Withholding
    Tax Receipt, Invoices necessary for the payment receiving.
–  To input the payment related data into Cyberfreight program.
–  To prepare the Receipt Voucher monthly report.
–  To scan all related documents into the central server as back up data.
–  To verify the Sales Tax Invoice and monthly Witholding Tax Regislation.
–  To prepare the overseas invoice settlement related documents.
–  To collect the daily exchange rate and gold price.
–  To record the Account Receivable transaction into Winspeed program.
